Apparently you've never driven a BMW and Mercedes. Yes, Mercedes' highest end AMG's are far more powerful and faster than BMW's M cars. But AMG is all about brute force. The cars pound the road into submission and bend the laws of physics to their working. Which is nice, if you want such a car. But BMW is about finesse and balance. It's about the sensory experience, not the numbers.
And by the way, you spelled "write" wrong.

Cadi introduced night vision in 2000 but used thermal imaging and it wasnt that good. Lexus introduced infrared night vision was much better. Lexus technology is amazing. Lexus is known for technology and luxury since 1990.

BMW has released the M5 manual quite a long time before already. If I remember correctly, its from the older M5 or something, it looks exactly like the ones before, the same knobs. 6 Speed. You can check it at wikipedia.
thermal vision and ... ( 1 month ago by taliban0king)
thermal vision and night vision are all the same thing...thermal vision uses long wave infared which is produced by heat and is farther away from the visible light spectrum-night vision uses short or near infared waves thats closest to the light spectrum

I had an idea similar to this...but I like the BMW one better. they also started doing this with police helicopters so don't get into trouble now!
Wrong. IR is when a ... ( 3 weeks ago by offset45)
Wrong. IR is when a part of the device is cooled so much that any heated object will stand out and apear in white or reverse black. Night vision is when a device is used to amplify light so even the slightest light such as a lit cigerette will light up an large area. just like the starlight scopes that the military use.
thermal vision ... ( 3 weeks ago by taliban0king)
thermal vision picks up infrared rays that are produced by heat and night vision emits a light that we cant see but a camera can
1 Near-infrared ( ... ( 3 weeks ago by taliban0king)
1 Near-infrared (near-IR) - Closest to visible light, near-IR has wavelengths that range from 0.7-1.3 microns, or 700 billionths to 1,300 billionths of a meter. 2 Mid-infrared (mid-IR) - Mid-IR has wavelengths ranging from 1.3-3.0 microns. Both near-IR and mid-IR are used by a variety of electronic devices, including remote controls. 3 Thermal-infrared (thermal) - Occupying the largest part of the infrared spectrum, thermal-IR has wavelengths ranging from 3 microns to over 30 microns.
HOLD IT!!!!!!!!!!!! ... ( 3 weeks ago by tippership)
HOLD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!MID IR is the FIRST THERMAL BAND, FAR IR IS THE ONE THAT OVERLAPS WITH TERAHERTZ AND MICROWAVE's NEAREST regions.... i know this stuff .....being a physics person...
Now, your NIR is correct, but that MID IR ban isn't considered complete MID IR...MID ir is the region best used for emissivitey of gases... Nontheless, you;re pretty close I coulda sworn the REAL IR band was divided into SEVERAL REGIONS of IR, not just these 3,,, ill find it and post results her

U GUYS ARE ALL CUTTING THE SAME PIE NVG's such as my TYPE generation 2 device, do this:: 1. THey amplify light in te 1000s of times, allowing them to passively see in extremly low light areas
2. They HAVE a NIR (Near INFRARED SENSOR) , allowing them to passively see in the parts JUST beyond visible red(700nanometers)
3. MANY DEVICES, such as MINE, have a "flashlight" on them that projects a NEAR IR BEAM that illuminates with light only NIR sensors can see , such as the one NVGs have: to be c
