| because porsche was, at the time, a pure brand. thats just the point, they didnt have a stupid electronic gearbox, and the gt3 didnt have anything but ABS. thats a proper car. now porsche is gay just like ferrari and have decided to put all that ridiculous technology that drives the car for you in the 911. rumor is, the next gt3 will have that shit gearbox. porsche and ferrari need to go back to pure, lightweight performance cars, with no frills and no trick gearboxes. |

| I find it incredibly pathetic that anyone can claim that a German car doesn't have a "soul." The Germans invented the automobile Jeremy, Germany is the soul of any car not least the Porsche. Whichever is the better vehicle in this comparison it is clear that Clarkson's irrational prejudices make him unqualified to make the call. |
