I don't seem to have that problem. I though have always had quick recovery times. Part of it comes from when I was on the Navy power lifting team to. When I trained at Portsmouth VA the Physiologist there started me on this.

lol fair one... a combination of the two is what i'd recommend! make sure ur eating well, lots of fresh meats and veg, and top it up with a shake a day or so... just keep u healthy that way!

I have a question if somebody have a good answer. I have been training in gym for a while now and i wondered if it's good to train each muscel group twice in a week. I want as big muscels as possible and it is better to only train for example chest one day a week or is it better to train it twice a week ???

Hi there dawee training a muscle group 2 times a week is excellent if you wanna increase your muscle mass, when you finish your first year of workouts you should only train muscle groups once a week. Good Luck

i'd say just once week mate. thats what i do. it gives your muscles maximum recovery time, as everyone knows muscles are built when your NOT in the gym. make sure you do major bodyparts on the same day for even more max recovery time (triceps
chest etc)twice a week is best for defination if your happy with your current mass. in my opinion :-)

Does it matter? Some people with great genetics could look as good as this without going on the gear, most people can't. All that matters is how big and defined you can get naturally through hard training and good diet and lifestyle. Once you reach your genetic potential, then see if you wanna take roids or not.

I think you missed my point...you cannot tell from this vid whether he does or not. Also, just because someone does 'roids doesn't mean they're going to look like Ronnie Coleman. I've seen guys who have only trained for a year or so who are smaller than this that have been on the gear from word go.
He's only a cheater if he says he isn't using and he is, otherwise, what he does with his body is fine by me. This video is about chest excercises, not a claim of natural physique.
