i have all the respect for the dresden dolls but they really shouldn't turn a legendary metal song to a cabaret type thing but the singing was awesome and the drummer was okay

as i was looking through the comments i found tons about how they should've mentioned that it was by black sabbath..umm, i think that it's such a famous song that it should be quite obvious of who it's by. just thought i'd put that out there.

This is exactly what covers are about. Turning a great song into something of your own, while still paying tribute to it's origins. Anyone who tries to cover a song and sound just like the original will not only fail, but look stupid in the process. I LOVE Brian and Amanda, they're both ungodly talented<33

What parodie said. There's nothing worse than a cover trying to sound just like the original, it's the epitome of mediocrity. When Natalie Merchant tried to sound like Patti Smith on "Because the night" I lost respect for her.
