Inspired by the Superman cartoons and Comic books this is an experimental Superman trailer featuring the cast of Smallville. I used photoshop to make all the effects and edited the clips together in Windows Movie Maker.

Aloha! I'm a big fan of Smallville. You did an AWESOME job with this! I wonder how it would play with the old school John Williams Superman music! Who knows if Tom Welling will EVER wear the suit. I hope he does. If to end the Smallville series, fine. Better to let him be in a feature len

Thanks, yeah maybe one day he will. Doubt it though. I think WB are still trying to figure out how to portray Superman on the Big Screen. Don't think Welling would want to do it.. :)

I think Erica Durance does a decent job as Lois. Certainly miles better Kate Bostworth. I agree Roth needs a better story and script to work with.

Bravo! Well done and that's a bravo from a filmmaker. And, these are clips of a younger Wellig. This years he looks more like Superman then ever before and more then Routh. Someone needs to send this link to the head of Warner Brothers and tell him to scrap the Routh and meld the movie and TV series together like X-Files did!!!
