I'd like to know how to censor video, not sound. I'd like to censor only a part of the video, only the center of the screen or something like that, you know? How to add black screens into video?

You can't do that with WMM, you need AfterEffects or something.

Could you please tell me more? I don't want to censor the whole screen. (And I mean black squares not screens in my comment up there.) Can I add pictures and icons to video, if I could that would do the thing.

Look up Adobe After Effects, and you can drag blocks and shapes onto screen and block parts off.
