Iran has been at war with the US since 1979. Is this news to anybody? The US hasn't bombed them yet. If Iran develops a nuke, it probably won't be the US or Israel who takes them out. And they shouldn't count on a western rebuilding effort, either. That is the legacy of Iraq. Iran is facing dire times in the next five years. But it won't come from the US or Israel.

Really? That's what the Bush administration thought about Iraq, now it is almost 5 1/2 yrs later, 4,175 troops have been killed, 30,000+ wounded, and we are spending 10 Billion dollars a month on a country and government that doesn't want us there anymore. So you want to occupy another Muslim country, that is three times bigger than Iraq and has a military that would actually fight? I guess you don't care that much about the lives of our troops, we don't need a third insurgency to fight.
