That's a hard sound to pull off live.
I just dug out Nothings Shocking and listen to the whole thing at 10. Great album, great production and it has a real flow to it from start to finish. One of those you put on late in the party when everyone's kickin back hammered and just grovin...Ferrell's weird but very talented.He produced it and did the cover art, lyrics etc.
RHCP still rock though. I hate their new stuff. Commercial crap.
Anything One Hot Minute and before was pure genious. Californication was ok too.
But Dave Navarro and the rest of JA are fantastic.
one hot minute is a mess compared to other rhcp albums, navarro did some awesome work on the album but ruined most of it by using too many effects. californication is a brilliant album, by the way is a brilliant album and i htink stadium arcadium would have been their best if they made it a singl
e album with the best tracks from each disk and ditch 'hump de bump' which wasa terrible chopice for a single.
