I'm 33 years old and play several instruments; Symettrically speaking, musics like this are more biologically attuned than many contemporary ones. Remember human heart makes 72 beats/pm and brain nurons tend to regenerate themselves more efficiently under these tempos. What an artistic shame it was to go through 80s 90's because they forgot about the secrets of making wholesome musics!
