He youtube statement last year stated his plan as "negotiating with Russia to take ICBM's off of hair trigger alert"
Sounds great but that was done 20 years ago and we're not on a hair trigger alert now.
This video he changes by just saying "ballistic missiles" and "trigger alert".
He was wrong on the Russia being kept in the G-8. This obviously is not working, they just invaded a sovereign nation! His stupidity is a danger to the US and world security.

i don't agree with him on reducing USA's stockpiles of weapons... Russia isn't going to... and it's none of the USA's business what Russia is doing. Russia is a more powerful country than the USA right now. I agree with him that we should work with Russia, but we need not bend over and disarm. i almost started to like Obama when i heard him talk about working with Russia, but to weaken our armed forces is absolutely insane! And how would this ban be enforced precisely? Who is going to verify, in every country in the world, that "production of fissile material" has ceased? How would we verify such in N.
