In some cases it can. If you inhale the cinnamon and it gets into your lungs it can be very harmful but most people choke and blow it out before that happens.

seriously after watching all the cinamon videos i tried it.... it's freaking easy to eat a tablespoon of cinamon.. just let it sit in your mouth for a minut orso so it disolves and swallow piece of cake :) ........seriously
