I'm exactly where you are but with the exact opposite result. Manson is awsome, but Alice Cooper is the king. Manson is more "shocking" by today's standards. But Shock doesn't alwys equal creativity. However, I will give you one point. With the exeption of "Welcome to My Nightmare" (Which "Antichrist Superstar" was paritially based upon) Alice wrote with Micheal Bruce in order to acheave his best material. Manson created his best stuff on his own.
