Honestly, I didn't install anything from the CD. I just plugged it into my laptop; charged it; put music in it using Windows Media Player 11 (which you can install using the CD included if you don't have it yet). If you want to add videos, you need to convert them to mp4. I use Any Video Converter to convert them. Afterwards, just drag and drop the video files to the the Video file in the Walkman. Hope this helps. =)

Sorry for taking to long to reply and also sorry that I have no idea on how to upload a video on how to use it. But it works trust me I've had this sony mp3 for well over a year and I still use dvdfab. Download it it's free for a month.

WALKMAN!!! i mean fuck the ipod , it just copied walkman for the new nano, and the sound quality on the walkman is just to die for , trust me , especially that it includes the best earphones. i cnt talk about the creative coz i neva had one but im all down for the walkman

no offense but this is not from sony's quality days i got a super small sony tape walkman from japan and its great. i tried this exact mp3 player and had nothing but problems. But awsome video so i give it 5 stars cool demo on it
