I LOVE Kanab... One of my favorite places to visit...The cave in the mountain on the side of the freeway... The rock stores... my house is loaded with stuff from Kanab.OOO the pink coral sand dunes also.

Ya, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, I was a Junior Ranger there in 78-79...LOL They used to call Kanab Little Hollywood years ago because so many movies were shot there. I was an extra several times back in the day. What camera setup did you use, they are the best resolution I have seen yet for RC video yet...

A terrific job Doug! Hearing it take off, a great instrumental while flying, and hearing it land. Very well put together, and I enjoyed the steady view of the mountains near the end.

I used a Pentax Optio S5Z... They don't make that particular camera anymore but it wieghs 5ounces and has 5.5 m.p.I mounted with a case I made from paint sticks I got from Home Depot. Check out my other video called Slowstick Photo resume (I think) and it shows pics of the plane and my set-up. We actually lost the camera on the second flight. Landed to fast and tipped forward. Good thing we uploaded the first video on the laptop before the 2nd flight.

So much better than all the shaky out of focus crap that is normally associated with these cameras on RC planes. Excellent flying too - especially with the near-dead-stick! Superb :)

Any hobbie shop...39 bucks...or at least at this typing.The camera, mounts, bigger motor and battery are all gonna be extra.Just type in Slowstick on youtube and you'll see a whole bunch of the same planes.GWS SLOWSTICK.

Great Vid Doug!.
I bouutght a GWS slow stick and installed ailerons to get some stable flight, but man its windy in NY and this thing can only handle bout 2-5 mph winds. Take a look at my vids, Im flying a Flycam one camera, its a $100.00 camera which is ok, but not nearly as nice as your vids, Any suggestions?
