yeah he was dead from the beginning. she reads the newspaper, and leaves crying. because she loves him so much she becomes reckless when shes driving. The guy doesn't know hes dead- so he tries everyway he can to stop her. But nothing works. Then she goes through a red light and the semi hits her. she dies and they are happy together again. at then end it shows that he died in a bridge accident in the newspaper. the same on she was reading...make sense now??? ahah :)
