| It's called "Memory pegs." You create your own system of MEMORY WORDS and learn them in a numerical order. ex. 1-Apple 2-Bear 3-Cat etc. (ABC's)Learn it well. Once htere you can add to your pegs. Now, as you meet Tom you picture him with an APPLE in his mouth. Mary is being chased by a bear, Kathleen is holding a cat etc....123...abc. Practice doing it with lists of five, work up to ten then twenty...pratice makes perfect. Great at parties recalling lists of objects in numerical order |
