fucking pathetic. Anyone who knows anything about conditioning knows that it is impossible to get six pack abs by only doing some weak and lame couch excercises every day. Unless you have ridiculously low body fat anyway, you need to alter your diet in order to get defined abdominals. I hate fad videos and workouts which claim to guarantee six pack abs as stand alone routines.

You should only be doing a serious abdominal workout every other days. I reccomend a serious 200 rep varied excercise session every other morning, and watch your diet - attempt to eat more lean meat and vegetables and less mindless trans fats and packaged foods.

The cough is not a necessity.
After you have build up some muscles you should stop using the cough.
Holding your feet in the air instead of on the cought costs more strenght and is therefor a better way to grow muscles faster.
I would suggest using a mat of some sort under your body since doing these exercises can be annoying or for some people painfull when done on the floor.
