if you have an ipod docking system you can plugit into that and it will work. just as long as the docking system is one you plug in, not one you put batteries in. but u can't use ur headphones tho :(

My ipod lasted two and a half years, but I used it every single day. The thing is, by the time the battery dies, there's a newer, better iPod out that you'd rather have. And if you still want the old version, it's price would be cut in half by then. By the time mine died I had run out of space anyway. I really have no problem with this. Plus, if the battery dies before the warranty runs out, they'll replace it for free.
