i guess in hankyung's case it's a work visa w/c only allows him to appear in i think 2 networks kbs & sbs. But on some occasions, he's able to perform on other networks like during mkmf awards '07 on Mnet he was able to perform but mkmf '06 he wasn't able to. not sure how they decide these things. When they first debuted he appeared on a lot of networks & then later on he only appeared on a couple. You don't see him a lot on their other performances/interviews. -->

Since hankyung's the first foreign artist to debut in Korea, nobody really knew about the restrictions or how to deal w/ it not even SM ent. But i read though on soompi i think, that the restrictions for foreign artists in Korea are going to be removed or lessened (can't remember,sorry) soon. i really hope it's true so that hankyung can appear on all networks cause poor him, he really missed out on a lot of good performances/interviews cause of his visa :(
