Run PC Decrapifier and then get a good, solid firewall and some anti-spyware tools to defend your computer from intruders by. I use AVG, Windows Defender, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware 2008, and to help set the defense up, SpywareBlaster. (I hear some people preferred to use Avast! because they said AVG and SpywareBlaster don't get along with each other.)

I am going to reinstall all my Sims 1 games on my PC because The Sims 2 doesn't have Makin Magic or Superstar yet! So I am going to enjoy the good memories again! :D
PS: I have got all The Sims 2 games installed on my PC BUT I miss doing magic,going to the scary town,going on the scary rides and being famous! like you could in The Sims 1 :)

OK noobs, you can't download this game. It's ILLEGAL! You need to be looking for a game in stores called "THE SIMS COMPLETE COLLECTION" to get the "complete" game.

Are you sure that "noise" wasn't the CPU fan? This is normal. It's just that it started running a bit in the hot range and the fan sped up to cool it off. But then if it was the hard drive crashing... YOU'RE SCREWED!

Father doesn't know best in this case. Spyware can slow down a computer system by running the CPU full time, downloading pop-up ads constantly, often times it even can cause reckless damage and creates a security risk, therefore the term "malware". If you think the freezing and crashing is enough, some of these evil executables even run as rootkits!
