What she's showing as a "fossilized" hamburger or french fry is biologically impossible without the use of dehydration or preservatives. This flies in the face of Biology. She also has a very rudimentary if that knowledge of the nutrition. "There's no breakdown, it doesn't go anywhere." The comparison of french fries cooked in buffered oil v. uncooked slices of potato is logically unsound (apples & oranges) and warped for the sake of making sensationalist propaganda. I just wish every once in a while...all the diet nuts out there would just keep to themselves. It's amazing how they attack fast food constantly and complain about how unhealthy it is, yet no one is being forced to eat any of it. It's choice. Pure and simple. Besides, i've never seen anyone who eats fast food friggin SAVE it to prove a point. Holding onto a burger for 3-6 years is kinda reaching don't ya think?
