Ummm you have to be kidding me. I don't know where you are getting your numbers from but they are WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG. Why don't you look up specs for a 1992 Crown Victoria...Or any car. My 2000 mazda protege weighs over 2500lbs and my 2003 crown victoria is 4200lbs. You fail.

True. But...power isn't everything. Think diesel...lower power, but high torque. Without torque...power is useless. Think back to the Mazda RX7, good power, but no torque. I owned one, 1989, it had ok acceleration, but was sluggish. Even for a turbo and rebuilt rotory. Torque is the twisting motion, used to turn something. Power alone can't do it, especially in a heavy machine like a car. So if its got high power, but no torque..its gonna suck off the line. I can't say if the Ferrari had TCS on.

haha. that "1/2 ton" refers to how much cargo the truck can carry in the bed, not the weight of the truck itself. the average passenger car weighs around 3000 pounds (1 1/2 tons), and his dodge pickup would weigh much more than 1 ton.

This is so cool, but it's not "jet" powered, it's TURBINE powered. It doesn't rely on turbine thrust to provide acceleration, it relies on turbine torque to rotate a shaft, pretty much like helicopters and turbo-prop airplanes :)
