itz a evo 8 mr fq400 the turbo lagging suckz ballz but that can easily be fixed with a few modz. as for the detuned evos in diffrent countrys all it takes is a custom reflash (motherboard reprogramming) or the original japanese evo motherboard and the car will be peforming az it was built to be.
