dont get me wrong, joey jordinson (or how ever you spell it) is a great drummer and better than ill probly ever be, but the fact is hes way overly glorified. Flo is in a completely different league of drumming, half of the stuff hes doing in this solo, just his double bass speed and control for starters, is of that in which joey doesnt touch. Joey is fast, but hes not that fast and hes never really all that impressive, hes over produced and over discussed, theres much better. Such as this.

Ive seen my share of flo solo's around the net, but there's never a really clear structure in any of them. Usually he just does something randomly and also mostly the same things. When he goes ultra speed, that's just really impressive. On another note, i'm not sure what the fascination with jordison or whatever the fuck he's called is. Just because he plays in a well known band doesn't make him good. Look at metallica for example.

I Like it, but i think he must to build his solo. Not toplay just random ideas. Based on thechnique. Most of these drummers cannot play normal in 90 bpm. i'ts hard to switch from fast and loud, to groove, and dynamic. He doing a very hard job, I used to play Grind, but i felt like man, i loosing my dynamics. Overall This drummer is good, I don' like his snare, and the toms sound. :)

dude triggering doesnt make you faster in double bass it just makes u sound louder thats y when certain drummers blast they use the french grip and when they do that it decreases the sounds so they trigger it doesnt make you faster
