I'm not sure who the older gentleman is, but if you watch closely he walks up behind her in the black dress and begins to unzip her in the middle of the road. Not to assume that Tori Amos can be understood, but what does this represent?
Otherwise, she is as talented and beautiful as ever.

I interpret it as he is her lover. Their relationship is taboo due to the age difference, which makes it only a "sorta" fairytale. I also think that he dies and when she's standing by the the crosses, she is at his grave.
