| What a groove! Anybody know if this song is actually called Tony's Twone? I was looking at one of his album's on the internet, Wilderness, and listened to China Town and a few others which all sounded like this one, but slowed down to a different tempo. Anyone know anything about it? |

| This such a great performance. I grew up with this stuff, and while there's still some good new artists out there, there's nothing that compares to this era and the quality of the musicians. Never would have seen this without Youtube and the courtesy fo people like hossnff. Thanks! |

| Tony is a drum god in the rarefied world. I saw him. I play music and write film scores because of him. I play amazing drums due to his influence. But he's ....the man. Cmon,.....Tony, Elvin. Buddy, Vinnie,Jack, drumlist unlimited,but all the zappa drummers, in their own way wanted to be tony,his rhythmic conception was just so cool. so many others. Jan Hammer plays amazing drums. Doesnt come our of hiding , but hes viable and profound.Major innovator. |
