Ive been doing all 3 videos 1 right after another for 23 days now and ive lost 4% body fat and i can see my 6-pack when i flex! its great, only 3% body fat to lose till i can see it without flexing

I used to do this and go running on alternate days last spring, it really works! I almost had a six pack. Then I got busy and stopped Now I've got a layer of fat covering my abs so I started again. So far I've gone running 3 times and done this twice.
