heres the problem. Doctors like to classify behaviors. If you listen to what goldberg said it makes sense. Kids just see it as more stuff to play with. I played with GI joes and sometimes barbies. I only did it becuase i was bored and wanted to play with my sister. And when her friends came over i let them put make up me to get a laugh. But it didnt confuse my sexuality i was still the same person. I believe that it is what your family has around you that makes you what you are

If you follow behavioral patterns for instance, 1 boy and 2 girls, and lets say the father is a workaholic so he is barly around so you got 3 women including the mother and the 1 boy. It is most likly that he is going to have feministic behavior becuase that is what he see's. I believe it is way too early to call a child a "transgender child" if he is in a environment like this. I am not trying to bash on anyones beliefs i am just explaining my point of view as a son and a father.

I really think they confused the issue a little wanting to try on a dressing in different clothing and playing different things doesn't usually say transgender, its that plus other behaviours. They often know quite young. They also got way to distracted with the other womans view on her parenting. While I don't agree with her those are her rules and I don't see them as being bad etc..

As a child I did confuse my sexuality with my urge to play. I thought barbie was hot. GI Joe was indifferent to me, and since I was a child I hated pretend war, (though as an average boy I thought that some tank or jet like toys were cool)...

I am a very open minded person, but Sherrie is being real. No one wants to see their little boy playing princess and putting on make up. I would accept my child if he or she was gay, but growing up you have to make a child's life easier. Your 10 year old little boy going to school with make up and skirts will only lead to him being picked or worse.

that sherri chick is bloody annoying. woo for whoopi. anyway. i'm scottish, and if a guy wears a kilt, he's seen as very manly. but anyway. this annoyed me. i don't think you should raise a child with the things set out in their gender stereotypes. just because someone is born with male or female reproductive parts, doesn't necessarily mean that their mind matches up. when i have kids, they can play with what the want and dress how they want, they dont have ot fit into gender stereotypes : )
