I hate to call people out on things the stupid things theysay, but I need to save some of you (not to mention any names) from spending $200 on a pair of basketball shoes. Putting helium in shoes won't make you jump higher. You could put a vile of anti-matter in the damn things and it won't help you jump an inch more. The bottom line is if you don't have strong quads, or if you're white, you're not going to be dunking no matter how expensive the shoes.
