There is one series (Rebuild is just remake of the same plot and characters, except with the original scripts and new animation). The final two episodes and End are supposed to be two different perspectives of the same events, the first affected by budget cuts and mental problems of the production crew, and the second by death threats and success.

The second wasn't 'affected' by death threats, they just included them in there. You can only say that if you mean Hideaki Anno was IGNORING them, and doing what he wanted anyway.
Finally, Rebuild has NEW characters, and the plot is changing, watch the 2nd film trailer, evidence of both are there .

Right after Kawrou died, and no, Asuka was born in December, Shinji in June, it's actually theorized that when he first saw her she was actually 13.
You can like it better, I have nothing against that, however, I find more comfort in hearing an actual male voice, and one that better fits his age.

I love Evangelion,really, but I don`t see the point on making another version of the plot that we all know and have discussed for 13 years. It`d have been much easier to just show everything in the original anime (the first one). They are screwing it up, this is just my opinion.

You don't get it, Evangelion Rebuild's purpose is to (ironically) merely inspire new story ideas, it's not meant to 'complete' or 'show something more' that the original didn't, only present an alternate version of it, one that Hideaki Anno himself hopes will be easier to understand.

Second, you see Lilith and recognize her as LILITH, even though this film covers only roughly the first 6 episodes, as in the original series, we didn't see her until the end of episode 15, and even then we were lead to believe she was Adam re-grown.
Finally, the angel order went up one, 3rd, 4th , and 5th angels are now 4th, 5th, and 6th respectively (these would be the angels Shinji has fought).

I personally don't like Utada Hikaru but she did a good job on the music for "The Rebuild of Evangelion".
Like others I don't see the point of this movie. It looks like it's basically another "Death and Rebirth" and I've heard there is an alternative ending which I'm not too fond of. I think they should've just left the ending alone.

Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of the best animes Ever, very physolophical, now thats the issues, if you like mythologie and phylo then you will really enjoy it, the anime and the first two movies, the 'rebuild of evangelion' is just a shameful way to make money, tryin to attract action anime lovers such and bleach and company, NGE, its not that kinda anime, Mr hideaki Anno, shame on you! why you let them do this to NGE!
