Look at all the struggles of Montoya, Franchiti, Hornish, etc. Even they've said that its much more difficult to drive the COT. F1 is all about who can pour the most amount of money in the car. How many drivers are there in F1? 10? Not bashing F1 or anything, but to say Nascar is driving as fast as possible trying not to turn your wheel is extremely ignorant and that person has never watched racing period. Have something to back your opinion instead of "assuming" something.

lol Hornish and Franchitti werent in F1. Its the truth F1 is very easy with all the technology they have. But if you compare NASCAR to a Champ Car... (The DP01 of course) you will find that its much more difficult. Im not a Nascar h8r and have watched it since i was 4. But another reason why they may say a COT is harder is because that they have be training to be in Open Wheel there entire life. (I dont remember hearing about Montoya on a Dirt Track :P) so its a big difference.

those cars are very fuel efficient anduse less gas than your ar at those speeds...oh wait you probably don't even have one! man you need new terminology who uses the word bimbos anymore. besides the gas they use is excess super rich fuel that wouldn't run in a regular car

I think the nascar shouldnt allow sprint cup drivers to drive into the nationwide series.
they should let these new drivers get to shine and get some wins to boost their confedience.

but if the sprint cup drivers never ran the n wide series you would be luck if you got 35 drivers show up for a race on average, not to mention the escalating number of teams quitting after only a few laps, there would be a scarse amount of cars and sure, it would give lesser funded teams a better shot, but the competition would not be nearly as good. i think its good for cup drivers to race in other series, it makes the races better and gives newcomers more experience around future competitors
