Excuse me, you idiot! But Clay did not take credit for this song. He got the song from Ryan with his blessing. Do you not know how people get songs from writers? NO YOU DON'T or you would't have said anything so incredibly stupid. Guess who wrote Leona Lewis's big hit "Bleeding"? Ryan Tedder. He's a song writer as well as a performer. Get your facts straight before you post.
This song ended up being the catalyst for Clay Aiken's latest album. And I would bet that Ryan was please about that.

I got "OMWH" album the day is was released. Haven't stopped listening to it. It is beautifully orchestrated&anything Clay lends his voice to becomes a masterpiece. I hope ppl will put down their preconceived ideas & listen to this album for its simplicity & beauty. Get into heart of the man. If you're not already a fan, you could become one. Clay's Idol days are over. Stop judging.

Beautiful song.... but I think I prefer Clay Aiken's version coz he is such a better singer. I'm glad Ryan has the talent to co-write such a deep song & that he was smart enough to give it to Clay who has the talent to do such an emotional song justice.

No he's not! Clay's great, but he's not nearly as versatile as Ryan. And really, Clay's version is a little over dramatic. Ryan's version at least had heart in to it, like he really went through it. So I think Ryan is better, but Clay is pretty good too.
