have to agree with you there, dude... on my part I have to make an effort to get out of my comfort zone sometimes and listen to new music, but when i do it's worth it, I don't like everything new, but then I didn't like everything from the eighties either.
More importantly, if I don't listen to the new stuff, how am I going to relate to my kids when music is such a big influence? (I'm dreading the fast approaching teenage years..)

What a great record! I first heard these guys back in 98-99 when they came to a radio station I worked at in Sacramento. Loved the record right away. Correct me if I'm wrong, and this is totally old school, but don't they sound lot like Hall and Oats?

This is one of those great bands that had a great sound, and disbanded for no good reason... I miss them, especially because their second single had the backing from Hall & Oates, a definite counterpart with a similar sound. It's too bad, really. I wish they hadn't disbanded--it's a total shame.
And yes, they have a total Hall & Oates sound. Then again, being a child of the 80s, this song totally took me back.
