Anorexia is a mental disease and it can be very dangerous, when you get thin like that its not that you are getting rid of all your fat, first thing that you get rid of is your tissues and muscles, and this is very dangerous and unhealthy, especially because once all your muscles are 'eaten up' the body starts consuming the biggest muscle in your body: your heart.
