To be honest, I think that's what happened because there was no bone breaking noise or guts splattering. Not always a sign of death, but just a "Thud" does scream "I'm dead" to me.

Thank you. I find you to be very insiteful. As for the flash's quality, well, sweetie, I can't do anything with flashes so you're doing infinatelly better with this one than I ever will, haha! I think you're right. I think he was a very clever little fellah and definately could have fixed himself a proper landing. But it was also very moving, either way.
