psst.. they're not your personal band, they are people that evolve and change just like we do, I feel sorry for bands that think they have to keep creating the same stuff just to keep their "fans" happy. A true artist is always evolving and searching for something new. that's something to respect.

evolution is not defined by your way of thinking, or anyone else, EVOLUTION simply means change. your taste of what is good does not necessarily mean it is good. If a band changes their style it means they are evolving musically!! period... you don't like the black album?? learn to have an open mind! I'd like to see what kind of music you could come up with, I'm sure it's nowhere near as good to what the tea party could create at their worst.

I have been a faithful follower of Tea Party since I first listen to Splendor Solis, and I can honestly say that Seven Circles is an AMAZING album, just like everything they have put out so far, including Jeff's solo effort. Probably one of the 5 best rock artists of all time, the Tea Party are brave enough to keep on changing, and yes EVOLVING, just like true artists are bound to. Beautiful and complex, yet far from arrogant. Modern music in its most poetic expression.

Muse and The Tea Party round out two of the most progressive, innovative bands in rock sampling a broad sweep of incredible talent in their discography. Jeff Martin's solo act is good, but I honestly wish the band would reform and release some of the soul-moving, evocative songs lacking in today's music. What are the chances? I've got my fingers crossed.

Making better music than Creed is sort of like running faster than a baby with no eyes, no arms, and no legs that's taped to the ground.
Well, in my opinion, anyway. Musical tastes are subjective, so anyone that likes Creed (do you exist?) shouldn't take me too seriously. These guys, incidentially, are also not my taste, but they're not actively painful. I was looking for the Stargazer from the '70s and misclicked. (I'm talkati
