They should use discarded meat to feed sharks out away from where people swim, surf,..etc so it doesn't go to waste and they wouldn't come so close to shore and resort to humans.

The reason why he got attackted is, that a shark takes a little bite of you, and if the shark tastes that you dont have enough fat on your body, it will leave you alone..
