Weird, he looks like his triing to avoid the question in the start, and having the character-stuff as
´defense.He seems kinda desperate.. "e thats not true." "I was a character when I said that." Here he seems to try and get out of that part of his life and be an serious artist, I think he managed.IAnways I agree with cholling. Who cares about his privatelife? Thats up to him. Fucus on the music.

He made similar comments in a UK press interview circa-January 1971. So his interest in the Nazis was quite long-term, actually. And, there is a Nazi connection (among others) to his belief in the coming race of 'Homo Superior' or 'Supermen.' Research H.P.Lovecraft, Richard Shaver, Lord Lytton, mythology of underground races, flying saucer/ufo literature etcetera, and many associations with Bowie's work can be found (some of it connectable to the Nazis in some manner, also).

He was still using coke as of 1987, he admitted that in interviews later. Iggy said in an interview he had a vase full of coke by his bed when he live in Berlin with Iggy, but was getting more to alcohol. That must have been quite the room-mate experience hah.
