What a treat. I was a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia when this came out. You guys, PDP, played our college radio station's KCOU "Springfest". This Texas Hotel debut was fantastic, certainly the most exciting album that year to come from out of nowhere.

I loved playing with this band. Such nice folks. they took us (the Duckhills) on several tours and really gave us a chance.
Memories of Scotty the road manager, Dave's pranks and Bruce's smart ass remarks are priceless for me. Playing bass with Bruce was fun.

Check out the new CD "7". I saw them last night at the Vic in Chicago and it was INSANE. I live 3 blocks from the venue, so it was easy for me to get to, but I would have gone to another state to see them if I had to. Thanks Poi. U made my weekend!!!!
