You didn't need hex editing to do this. All you needed to do was to encode an flv yourself and keep the bitrate <350 kbps.
The hex editing was only needed if you wanted to have a higher bitrate than 350 kbps.
For example: e_HgzguhTKk
Now not even the 350 kbps trick works anymore. :(
