"neo-con" refers to Jews that made the switch to conservative politics. They often name names of Jewish people when referring to neo-cons. There isn't much of a positive reason to single out certain people as neo-cons in political discussion. The reason they say neo-con is that they are Jewish and want to single them out for criticism. To put it bluntly, they are bigots against Jewish people.
