In a few months I'll have been playing cello for 4 years, and I'm in an orchestra. Two, and I'm proud of myself. - But thanks for posting! Its nice to have a current violin talents' interpretation to compare with Milstein's and Ois's. I just started playing a cello transcription of this Chaconne a few days ago and hearing violinsts play it really help! Thanks again.

Wow... this tempo is a little fast for my taste. Whenever I perform this I am going to have to do it with organ like Heifetz did. Vitali Chaconne with organ is amazing.

lol.... you're a bit eccentric -_-". Well you 're entitled to your own opinion but I stand by what I know... from my own experience. Natural ability does have alot to do with how good you are at an instrument. No matter how much you practice, even if you don't have that spark or gift.... you won't ever be a great violinist. What do you think a prodigy is??? Someone with an overflow of natural ability =P so. You can't deny that natural ability has to do with violin, no matter how hard u try
