no i've done it in a game. so long as when you let go of the ball, your feet are on the ground and your arms go from behind your head and straight forward and you are facing the field then it should b fine

I really want to learn how to do one of these. I'm not sure which one I should try, the one where you start with the the ball or the one you were doing. By the way if you have any extra tips they would be greatly appreciated.

he's doing the standard throw in WRONG. with the right technique you can throw about 50 meters as an adult, that's enough.

Yo, how long did it take you to learn that? I'm trying it, and failing miserably lol. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I plant my hands on the ground fine, and push off okay. But I can't land on my feet. I always land on my back. What am I doing wrong, and any tips?
