The guy that said he was going to leave was in custody there's more to this he was asked several times to leave but didn't. Wrong- According to the independent investigation: He was in violation of university polcy. When they asked him to leave and he refused he was guilty of trespassing. When the police asked him to leave & he refused he was refusing a lawful order. When they tried to arrest him, he was guilty of resisting arrest.
So your statment is not only incorrect, but transparent and easy to debunk. This spoiled brat was fully deserving of how he was treated.

They cause uncontrolled contraction of skeletal muscles. 2) As soon as the current is removed, the person can control his or her voluntary muscles (there are a few thousand videos of people doing precisely that posted on this site, so don't bother lying). 3) His claims of a medical condition were dropped when his lawyers realized that his medical records could be subpoened in a civil or legal case (which would reveal he was lying about that too).
