I use oversized wrist guards that i put on the outside of my gloves. Not only does it protect you from breaking your wrists but your gloves from the snow as well. I would go through i pair of gloves a year before starting this

he isn't snowboarding. even thought its very similar. there are special boards for this. your feet are both angled forward and the board is in between a snowboard and a ski. not saying it isn't hard, but it takes about as much skill as to carve on a regular snowboard.

wtf r u talking about, how is this not snowboarding? Just because he isnt jumping off crap and his bindings are angled at like 50 doesnt mean its not snowboarding. Have u ever seen a snowboard race??? The board is not in between a snowboard and a ski, its a thinner version of a "normal" snowboard w/ more sidecut, etc. Again, ever seen a snowboard race? Your thinking of monoskis man. That whole thing is the most nubile comment I have ever heard. you have no idea what you are talking about

these board/boot/bindings are less forgiving than soft boots/bindings but power transfer from leg to boot to board is seamless. just start in wide open trails the first time till you get the feel then God save the women and the children because they are designed to go fast
