I heard about this man doing something of the samething in Longview, Tx. It seems he is hired on, and the targets an employee, causes a stink, and then when trouble comes his way, he is asked to leave but with a large amount of cash. How does he do it. This teacher just seemed to be trying to make a point, and if she would have "flashed her breast", then their facial expressions would have changed, if it was that offensive. I hope he gets what he deserves.

This isd just approved a student dress code!!They are a joke - My kids are in this isd and the teachers dress like they are at a traders village, or festivel. Repressed area, repressed minds. Like a dress code is going to help this isd!!! Pray for the kids -

I see, they were forcing students to wear a uniform and the teacher wore the uniform but didn't button it up to show that it could be worn in a "nice" way and in a "not so nice" way. So the Board did not like that. lol
She opened herself up for that attack, its a shame that she underestimated how "low" some politicans will go just to win. Is there an update to this story? Did the union help her?

Has anyone ever seen this Mr. Langley's wife? She has her breast in everyone's face daily. He has no room to talk about being offended by someone's breast. He needs to take that lecture home and give it to his wife.

Jimmy Langley is a Redneck of the worst kind and I cannot believe he is on our school board..Please resign Jimmy and let somebody with an education join the board, although I'm afraid it might be too late...Where are the intelligent members? HuntsvilleISD had a dress code but it was not enforced across the board for every student. This standardized dress code will make things financially harder for the parents who cannot afford to buy the clothes. Some of our kids shop at goodwill or have clothes given to them. The woman did not commit a crime she was simply stating a fact. Mr. Langley should have been removed from the board for his outrageous and unprofessional behavior; not to mention his detestable grammar.

If the staff would have made the kids obey the original dress code, then this wouldn't be happening, and if they think that changing it to a standardized dress will make it better, then they are even more stupid than I ever dreamed.

This teacher's point is it doesn't matter if you change the dress code, because if you have a bunch of deadheads running things like Langley and Montgomery, who are by the way pals, then the kids are still going to have their pants sagging, and their tops too tight and exposing them selves. I have seen this teacher and there is no way she could have flashed her breast even if she was trying to. You would think that Langley would know the differance since he has big ones in his face daily.

This school system needs to get rid of Richard and Jimmy. These two men are lacking in brains, not to mention, if the school board would look closely at Richard's past, they would see that this isn't the first or second time he has been sued by a school system and then turned around and caused the school to be out alot of money. I think that he plans this from the beginning. The board needs to think about the kids and stop being scared of these men who are evidently in cahoots together.

Dr. dick needs to find a place just for him (hell or out of this town) he is ruining our scool sysetem. we have had a great dress code and the teachers have enforced it until now bc he told them too. also the teachers hate him we have had over 100 teachers quit this year and i give all the credit to him. i personaly know this teacher that is accused of flashing her breasts and i knew jimmmy. i have always known this guy was an ass but i didnt think he would go this far. we NEED to empeach them!!

The criticism is for the guy's grammar, not his spelling. Sometimes you get to typing too fast and miss letters, but what would be his excuse for his grammar other than the fact that he is a low educated red neck, that is out to destroy this school district in hopes to make money. Forget about the kids, he and DICK are out for Blood!!

atlien052 , your comments are quite irrelevant to the topic at hand. Yes, sometimes our grammar and spelling are incorrect, and yet we're somewhat proud of that here in Huntsville. Besides, what would you expect? Due to poor working conditions and meager pay (brought on by Dr. Montgomery) numerous teachers are either quitting or given the option to leave when the school deems them unsatisfactory. Sadly, many of the better teachers are not sticking around to suffer under Richard's reign.
