the sound is breathing. he is breathing in quick short breaths so he doesn't pass out. he is probably also tensing his legs so the blood doesn't drain to his lower body... resulting in passing out/crash/death.

the right meter there are the airspeed scale showing maximun GS and also the airspeed scale meter beside airspeed scale. On right there is the flight pitch marker showing the how high your going. Att topp is the gun cross. and also the altitude att left side. Att buttom there is the heading scale

Hi Roadrunner, you seem to be knowledgable in this HUD - where do you see the G's being pulled? Is that the left vertical line (the one with Airspeed indexed to the side)?

The GS is showed over the airspeed scale there on left side G meter says from o.6 and so on... NAV is right under the airspeed scale....

The one under there in middle is the heading scale right side the alltitude scale left side there airspeed scale and G meter att top gun cross is att top there says + the on in middle that looks like gun cross is the flight pitch marker. Whit the altitude scale is the meter whit the feet. Showing you maximum feet your flying and then NAV att left under airspeed scale over says ARM have a great day:)
