He didn't get like that with only body weight excercises. He probably does both body weight and weighted excercises when he works out. His dvds seem to emphasize body weight excercises which may help for combative sports.

The key is as this man shows is always always mixing it up. Never letting your body reach that pleatu effect. If you do the same thing over and over your body is built to adjust to handle it. If you create confusion for your body it does adjust and this is where u can see unreal results in a quick amount of time with a good diet. You would be amazed. His workouts always switch it up and hit different angles, thats the secret.

I have tried to it but I couldn't jump a centimeter away from the ground :S !
I think I need to lose weight first or mabey getting a stronger arms!
