HAH! My roommate ... ( 1 year ago by maddymunky)
HAH! My roommate used to sell pot, and I used to always wonder how he could do that--especially since that put ME AT RISK!!!--and his response was, "well I ask everyone if they're a cop and cops have to tell you." I KNEW this wasn't true. I'm glad to see some legit people finally asserting that it's a myth that undercover cops must tell the truth if you ask!

If you're a law-abiding citizen, please do assert your constitutional rights against tyrannical police behaviour. However, if you're a law breaker, please don't, because, if you do, the courts/legislatures will eventually use you as an excuse to take away these rights for all of us. I know that this might sound strange, but please take my word for it, for the sake of freedom.

People, print a small label (I dont consent searches) and place it in your drivers license or on your insurance card better. I wish DMV's offices would print that msg in your lic. next to the organ donor msg.

Armed with knowlegdge this will never happen again.
Myth #2 Thank you ... ( 5 months ago by cdltpx)
Myth #2 Thank you for bringing that one up! Patriot act doesn't dissolve all your rights. I want to make this my crusade I have lived in fear too long it is time to be proactive in educating Americans on how to be true Americans ones with rights. I fight authority and authority always wins; think about that that song is so American because it tells you that everyone has an authority even the authority. We all have to live by law if we don't we need to war and I am a pacifists was sucks.

you're under the illusion that police officers don't go around harrassing young black men like myself. You're very oblivious, I've never had a felony in my life, not even a misdemeanor, yet I have been harassed by police officers. Corrulation with income isn't the issue, it's more of an issue with race & gender (Black males) I know whenever I leave home & step outside, I'm already a threat to ultra conservative white society

Your statement ... ( 3 months ago by cdltpx)
Your statement means the police representing the law won in a physical altercation you will loose that way. But if you fight authority (AY) AY always wins, the man wearing the badge isn't the law he is to enforce the law the judge in the Supreme Court (SC) determines the law. Final decision 2K election was the SC. So you can fight AY and AY always wins meaning if it gets to the SC level you might be deemed accurate meaning AY always wins. Sadly some win but loose it can take a lifetime.

I was speaking of a song by John Cougar Melencamp circa 1980 you are thinking of a tune performed by the Bobby Fuller Four circa 1960. Both seem similar but to me have an entirely different meaning. The 60's song to me means things are as they have always been controlled by whatever law is in your geographic location sung from the jail cell. The 80's song is one where you are to challenge the bullies in law enforcement in court and prevail. Celebrate on the supreme court steps like Larry Flint.
Yeah, and we just ... ( 3 months ago by GnosticDjinn)
Yeah, and we just got screwed again. Warrantless wiretapping in mass, for a week, just because they fucking feel like it, and the telephone companies were pardoned for breaking the law, even thought they knew their actions were illegal. Shows who's supporting us now. I'll have to go look that song up, sounds like something entertaining.

Very well put!! I am not black yet I can see exactly what you talking about. Racism is alive and well. The only difference is that you don't see the whips. Nowadays they use the "law book". hang in there joysub1
Ok i gotta answer ... ( 2 months ago by seanmadeup)
Ok i gotta answer this question at 1 min. 29 sec.- "why do you think that?" in responce to his comment, its more likely for latinos, blacks, to be pulled over, searched, arrested, whatever, you can listen to it again.
But they are only, and this is my opinion, and I'm going on the assumtion that the statement was accurate, the Police who violate your rights, and they do do that, are in black/latino hoods, and that for the same reason they pull them over and such. continued...
