Exactly. Thats just a strait changeup with a little bit of movement. A circle change you grip it with your middle finger and your ring finger only with the index finger and the thumb touching. Circle changes can also look like 2 seam fastballs if the ball is cutting though 2 seams just at a slower speed. that is called a 2-seam Circle change. the way he was gripping it was just a regular striat changeup with basic movement.

nice vid. that is a straight change. the way u get movement on it is if u slightly turn ur wrist counter clockwise just before releasing it and it will pick up some arm side movement.

Listen, you have your opinion and i have mine, but whe i throw my curve ball, i dont have a certain throwing motion like most people do, i throw it just like i would with a 4 seamer , and it is one of my best pitches

i find throwing this low from just hitting the strike zone to a bit below it works pretty good.
